- These grips fit 1911 Compact / 1911 Officer.
Material
- These grip was made from phenolic grade G10, a kind of composite material which has some very specific advantages as follow,
- A. It doesnât shrink or swell when exposed to high or low temperatures - which means more comfortable and grippable handle shapes
- B. It also has very high mechanical strength. It is difficult to break.
- C. It is only 1/2 the weight of aluminum, relatively lightweight which allows for less carry weight on guns
- D. Less likely to show scratches because the color is dyed into the material, not painted on.
Safety & Perfect Fit
- Our 1911 grips are cut for ambi safety and have a slightly beveled bottom.
- Measurement between two center holes are 2 11/16", thickness is 1/4".
